The demo is the easy part.
Anyone can get a model to do something impressive once — in a controlled window, with someone watching. The industry is saturated with that. What's rare is a system still doing its job at 3am on a Tuesday with nobody in the room, and that's the only version that ever reaches your P&L.
Most AI projects die in the gap between those two things. Not because the technology couldn't do it — because it got wired into the wrong workflow, measured against nothing, adopted by no one, and quietly shelved two quarters later.
Closing that gap is the entire job. It's what the audit is for, and it's why we'll sometimes tell you the highest-value move isn't an AI build at all.
What we run ourselves.
DynVolt forecasts output for utility-scale solar and battery operators and trades it algorithmically on the energy market. When it's wrong, the loss is real money on a real trade. There is no demo mode.
InPipe puts AI agents on your backlog: they pick up the card, write the code, run the tests, and open the pull request against your repository.
Primoraly tracks whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini recommend a business, and tells it what to change. Clients make positioning decisions on that output.
All three are live, in front of paying users, and operated by us. Not one of them would survive as a demo — they run unattended or they don't run at all. That's the standard we hold client systems to, and it's why our estimates are honest and our scope holds. We've already paid for being wrong about our own roadmaps.
What we won't put on this page.
You'll notice there are no client logos, no satisfaction scores, and no count of implementations delivered.
That's deliberate. This industry is full of AI consultancies eighteen months old advertising hundreds of transformations and a 4.9-star rating. We'd rather show you working software you can click on than a number you'd have to take on faith.
How we work
Business goal first, model second. The audit exists to find the workflows where automation pays for itself, and to tell you plainly which ones don't. Sometimes the recommendation is not to build.
Fixed scope, fixed price. You know the number before we write code. Change requests are re-scoped, not billed as surprises.
Your data stays yours. We design for least-privilege access and document exactly what is sent to which model provider, and why.
We build you out of needing us. Knowledge transfer is part of delivery. A retainer should be something you choose, not something you're stuck with.
