The brief

Say what exists, who is about to depend on it, and the date that matters. We ask the rest in our reply.

What helps us answer well

  • A link to the prototype or repo, if there is one
  • Who uses it today, and who is about to
  • The date that matters, and why
  • For a workflow: which tool, and the hours it takes now

Not sure what you need? Pick Start with a one-week AI audit or Not sure yet. The audit is a fixed price, and sometimes the answer is don’t build.

What happens next

No deck and no account manager. A reply, a call, then a price for the audit before you commit to anything.

  1. Within one business day

    A reply

With a few questions about what you have: what exists today, who depends on it and what has to work.

  2. Next

    A call

With the engineer who would design your system. You deal directly with the people building it, from the first call to handover.

  3. Before you commit

An audit proposal with its price

Or a plain answer that we’re not the right fit.

  4. If you go ahead

    Audit, then blueprint

One week each. At the end of the blueprint, two weeks in, the build price is fixed in writing before we write code.

FAQ

Short answers to what people ask before sending a brief.

What should I put in the brief?

A few lines is enough. Say what exists today, who is about to depend on it, and the date that matters. A link to the prototype or repo helps. If it’s a workflow, say which tool it runs in and roughly how many hours it takes now. You don’t need a spec: we ask the rest in our reply.

How soon will you reply, and who replies?

Within one business day, usually with a few questions about what exists today. After that comes a call with the engineer who would design your system. You deal directly with the people building it, from the first call to handover.

How is the price set?

We price the audit as a fixed fee before you commit. If it shows the build isn’t worth doing, you stop there and keep the findings. Otherwise a one-week blueprint follows, and at the end of it, two weeks in, the build price is fixed in writing before we write code.

How long does it take?

One week of audit and one week of blueprint, then the build: 4–8 weeks to take a prototype to production, or 4–12 weeks for a new platform or app. You see a working build every week, so you’re watching the timeline rather than being told about it. If your date is closer than that, put it in the brief and we’ll say in our first reply what’s realistic.

Is this right for an early-stage idea?

Build engagements fit best when there’s a real product or workflow with users behind it. If you’re still finding out whether anyone wants it, keep building with the AI tools. They’re good at exactly that stage. Talk to us when someone is about to depend on it: a pilot customer, a second account, a first invoice.

Where does our data go?

Into your own accounts and infrastructure wherever possible, deployed in the cloud region your customers or regulators require. We work with least-privilege access, review the data flows during the audit, and document exactly what is sent to which model provider and why. The model stays your choice: we work with OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight models.
